Hammond Wood

Hammond Wood is a 54-home neighborhood nestled in the woods just north of Kensington, Maryland. It is a National Register of Historic Places-designated neighborhood. Hammond Wood real estate features smaller early 1950s one- and two-level homes designed by Charles M. Goodman. A number of the architects who worked for Goodman early on lived in the neighborhood.  (Renovation designed by Michael Cook of Cook Architecture. Photo by John Cole.)
“If not for your creative, outside the box thinking on the offer, this would never have happened!!! Seriously, great work. Your deep experience, network and ability to see the business/investment side is a huge asset for your clients.”
