On the market for the first time since being built in 1969, this vintage, custom mid-century modern just blocks from the water in downtown Harve de Grace was designed and built by leading local modernist architect Poldi Hirsch, AIA, for her own family. Hirsch, who immigrated from Germany in 1953 and was heavily influenced by Le Corbusier, was the first female corporate member of the AIABaltimore Chapter. She passed away in 1987 at the age of 61.
