Sold: Custom MCM in Owings Mills; New Listings

Baronet

The custom mid-century modern in Owings Mills I listed closed this week. It was originally designed and built in 1960 by noted architect James Grieves, FAIA, as his own home. It was later (1980s) seamlessly expanded by another noted local architect, David H. Gleason, FAIA. Here’s one more look. (Photos by John Cole.)

I will have a number of new listings coming soon including a Goodman-designed mid-century in Hammond Wood and a three-level townhouse in Mount Pleasant by modern architecture firm Weinstein & Abel.
