Untouched MCM Ranch in Bethesda with Pool – $845K
Here’s the third in a trilogy of posts this week on untouched mid-century homes in the area. This listing is for a sprawling 1954 mid-century modern ranch in Hilmead in Bethesda priced at $845K. Located on Bradley Boulevard, the home is sited on a one acre lot and features an open living room with wall of glass looking out to the nice patio and pool. The house is currently configured with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can see a few more images here. The listing raised the notion that this could be a Goodman or a “Friedman” (might mean Ken Freeman), but I don’t see either of their work here. This one could be endangered based on location, lot size and condition.
