Price Drop on Bethesda ‘Bauhaus,’ Film on Mendelsohn

Mass Ave Bauhaus
This house from 1939  is not white but it has that Bauhaus feel. It came on the market in August for $995K and is now listed at $850K.  It is on Massachusetts Avenue in Bethesda. Speaking of Bauhaus, a film about architect Erich Mendelsohn is playing this Sunday as part of the Washington Jewish Film Festival. The film, Incessant Visions: Letters from an Architect, starts at 1 p.m. at the Art Deco AFI Silver Theater in Silver Spring. You can purchase tickets here.
