Price Drop: 1976 Deck House in Bethesda – $845K

Deck House in Bethesda
A number of Deck Houses have cropped up on the market lately, including this listing for a Deck House on nearly a half acre of mature trees  in Bethesda. Built in 1976, this 5 bedroom/3 full bath  home was expanded  in 2001. The addition was built by contractor Bruce R. Williams, the mayor of Takoma Park, Md.  He also worked on the original house when it was built. Look at that open living and dining space on the main floor: soaring ceilings supported by exposed beams of natural wood, walls of windows, hardwood floors and a brick and stone fireplace.
