1966 Flat-Roof MCM in McLean – $1.995 Million

Not sure who could afford the price tag for this 1966 wood clad, flat-roof MCM, but it is fun to look anyway. This sprawling 4/4 ranch on more than one and a half acres is located in Ballantrae Farms — the same community as Charles Goodman’s now destroyed Ferris House.

    I like this house, though it doesn’t feel like it’s in a “community” since it’s right on a big corner of Dolley Madison Hwy.
