Possible Goodman National Homes Prefab in Bel Air – $299K

This 2/1 1,744 square-foot raised ranch in Bel Air, Md., looks like it could be an example of a Charles Goodman-designed prefab by National Homes, which I wrote about earlier here. The 1959 house on .89 acres has been updated extensively inside but it still has Goodman’s signature large fireplace on the front of the house framed by windows.
