1969 MCM ‘Tree House’ in Forest Hills – $1.2 Million
This late 1960s modern ‘tree house’ is tucked into the Forest Hills neighborhood of D.C., which is surrounded to the east by Rock Creek Park. Nice place even though it needs a lot of updating. Very unique space for DC. Not that I can afford it but the price doesn’t seem bad either given the locale, no? I would be interested to hear what people think is a what is a fair psf price psf for this neighborhood?
