1969 Gardenview in Truro – $599K

This Gardenview model, known for its courtyard entry, also has plenty of glass and an extensive Oriental garden out back. The listing for the 4/3 Truro contemporary has additional pictures under the FeaturedTour button. There are only 11 Gardenview models out of the 156 homes in the Annandale community. Truro was designed by architects Deigert & Yerkes and built by developers Miller & Smith in the late 1960s. Miller and Smith also built the contemporary communities of Wessynton, Drumaldry and Oak Springs (Manor Woods) in Rockville.

Mike – This Gardenview is in Truro, not Wessynton!

We looked at this one and it was pretty nice. In decent shape, though the garden didn’t look as nice in person. This was our number two choice, but we ended up with another one in Hollin Hills that thankfully, you didn’t post. :)
